Wolf’s Ridge Brewing – Brunch Excellence

I had the pleasure of recently returning to Wolf’s Ridge Brewing for brunch. The first time was shortly after the opening. The first visit was a wonderfully warm welcome. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. The decor is woody with great natural light and beautiful brew equipment illuminating the back of the house.

This second visit was enjoyed with fresh squeezed orange juice, doughnuts sugared with orange crème anglaise, and toad in the hole.

I
have had both the apple cider and orange crème anglaise. While both are good, I highly recommend the second. The crème is a wonderful companion with the fresh doughnuts. Soft on the inside with a light crunch on the outside.

Eggs, brioche, porter-cheese sauce, fingerling potato, bacon. This is both visually stunning and a tongue-tantilizing delight! It is always wonderful to see micro greens used.

I look forward to enjoying Wolf’s Ridge Brewing’s other menus in the future. Check back for those updates!
